Slnečnice is a special project for our studio. We’ve been working on this site for 17 years, and in a way, we’ve grown up with it. The first phase — Zone C1 — was a success with clients and also well received by the professional community, including architects. Several of our fellow architects even bought apartments or houses in Slnečnice, which makes us especially proud. Today, the area is developing under the name "Viladomy," characterized by lower building density, plenty of greenery, and a family-friendly residential style. In Zone C3, we smoothly continued the previous phases, with a focus on public space, clean architecture, and quality materials — a phase we are truly proud of. We designed apartments with spacious balconies, interesting rooftop units with plenty of daylight and terraces, and ground-floor apartments with generous front gardens, offering the comfort of a family house. The ground floor features retail spaces. A popular architectural element from the first phase — paravans — has returned in this phase. Along with the third phase, a new 14,000 m² city park was built in Zone C3, offering new leisure options to residents.
