The urban concept responds to the surrounding conditions — particularly the transportation infrastructure and existing low-rise residential development. Based on this, the proposal defined a “solid” urban structure of slab buildings along the highway and more relaxed point buildings toward the existing family homes.
This created an inclusive inner recreational park, with the courtyard as the central design concept. It integrates various functions within both public and private realms — including front gardens. The park thus forms a collection of urban courtyards within the newly developed area and is connected to a park built in the earlier development phase. Together, they form a continuous green inner-block space.
