The building complements the block structure of high-quality, mid-20th-century residential architecture. Each building in the immediate surroundings possesses its own architectural character, contributing to a larger mosaic. This diversity is reflected in the expressive street-facing façade, which features protruding aluminum windows and balconies, clinker ceramic cladding, and a glazed ground floor. In contrast, the rear of the building faces a quiet courtyard designed with a minimalist landscape concept. This intentional simplicity allows a large existing tree — the dominant natural element — to take center stage; the footprint of the underground floors was specifically adjusted to preserve it. Throughout the interior common areas, the exposed load-bearing prefabricated filigree system stands in striking contrast to soft carpeting and mirrored wayfinding graphics.
