The building complements the block structure of high-quality mid-20th-century residential buildings. Each house in the immediate surroundings has its own architectural character, forming part of a larger mosaic. This is reflected in the expressive street-facing façade composed of protruding aluminum windows and balconies, clinker ceramic cladding, and a glazed ground floor. The rear of the building faces a quiet courtyard, intentionally designed with a minimalist landscape concept. This allows a large existing tree — the dominant natural element — to stand out. Even the shape of the underground floors was adjusted to preserve it. In the interior common areas, the exposed load-bearing filigree prefabricated system is presented in contrast with carpeting and mirrored wayfinding graphics.
