The goal of the design was to create facilities for the Treetop Walk and the Bachledka Ski & Sun recreational area. The impact of the new structure at the summit of Malá Poľana was minimized by embedding it into the ground, sloping the ceilings, using green walkable roofs, following the contour lines, and selecting materials such as wood and exposed concrete. The main façade is fully glazed, facing southwest with a view of the Belianske Tatras. It is divided into two parts by an exterior staircase-ramp — one section of glazing belongs to the apartments, the other to the restaurant. On the top floor, at the level of the summit plateau, the building emerges above ground at the site of the cable car control room and the exit from the treetop walk.
